Princess : Abah! Ada Abu!
I like the way her voice sounded, oh so cute.
Okay okay, you must think I'm such an angel for saying that about Her Royal Highness, but I am such a normal human being. I do hate her attitude at times. And I completely blame her idiotic friends at preschool and primary school for that. They do tell ever so ridiculous stories. Like one time when she came home from preschool and told me, " Kakcik, kawan saya cakap kan, kalau makan sambil tiarap, nanti jadi kambing, ". I laughed, munched on something, did just that and said, " See? Kakcik tak jadi kambing pun ". Then she just giggled. I fail to see the relationship between me eating while lying on my abdomen [ har har har ] and me transforming into a goat, please assist me here.
And there was another time [ when the H1N1 news was like the news of the newest BlackBerry ] when all of us were in the car. Mymom and I were talking about H1N1, if I'm not mistaken. And Her Royal Highness noticed that I kept on repeating the H1N1 term. So she said, " Kakcik, jangan cakap H1N1 banyak kali ". And when I asked why, she said again, " Kawan saya cakap, kalau cakap H1N1 40 kali, nanti awak dapat H1N1 ". I laughed it off and mymom told her not to believe everything her friends tell her.
But remembering those incidents now, it reminded me of how easy I was to fool when I was her age. I practically believed almost every word that myfriends told me. And Malays call this lurus bendul .
